Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

1. Booking and enrolment

A booking is confirmed once we have received a completed enrolment form, the required deposit, and written acceptance of these terms by the parent or legal guardian.

2. Fees and payment

Programme fees are quoted per student and include tuition, accommodation, meals and supervised activities as described in the programme materials. The balance of fees is due before the published deadline; places are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the programme start date receive a refund of fees paid, less the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

4. Visas and travel

Parents are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and travel insurance. We can provide invitation letters and supporting documentation on request, but cannot guarantee visa approval.

5. Conduct and welfare

Students are expected to follow the rules of the host school and behave with respect toward staff and peers. Serious or repeated breaches — including bullying, theft, or possession of prohibited items — may result in dismissal from the programme without refund. Parents will be responsible for repatriation costs.

6. Medical and emergencies

Parents must disclose all relevant medical information at the time of enrolment. By enrolling, parents authorise our staff to seek emergency medical treatment for their child where necessary.

7. Liability

Crown Education Group is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for delays, cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including travel disruption, illness or government restrictions.

8. Photography and media

We may take photographs and video during programmes for internal and promotional use. Parents may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
